1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the berry layer
100 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the berry layer
Add berries, lemon juice, and honey to the Thermomix bowl.
Blend 10 sec / speed 6, then simmer 3 min / 90°C / speed 1.
Set aside to cool.
2. Mix the overnight oats base
Without cleaning the bowl, add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract.
Mix 10 sec / reverse / speed 3 until well combined.
3. Assemble
Spoon a layer of berry puree into jars or bowls, then top with the oat mixture.
Seal and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
4. Serve
In the morning, stir lightly and top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or nuts.
